Elias Bahar (Joshua Fallscar)

Age: 19 -Species: Human
Skills: Swordsmen
A pretend hero in a very real, dangerous universe.

Elias Bahar isn’t just another orphaned prince—he’s a daring adventurer who escaped absolute annihilation at the hands of the self-righteous All Life Federation. At the age of six, everything was ripped away—family, friends, even his identity. But Elias, evading those seeking his demise, spun a new identity, becoming his favorite fantasy hero ‘Joshua Fallscar’!

Joshua is optimistic even in the face of certain death. An agile and quick-thinking swordsman, Joshua follows a set of ideals that others consider naive. Despite facing peril at every turn, he’s like a whirlwind of positivity, always ready with a clever quip or a swift stroke of his blade. Joshua isn’t just an ordinary survivor; he’s a beacon of hope in the darkest corners of the cosmos.

Zax Del’Joy

Zax spent his childhood being experimented on in a Hybra research facility. His people, the Asani, were subjugated by the Empire and exploited for their natural arcane abilities.

Studious and dedicated, Zax has adorned his armor with runes as focal points for his wild magic. In the world of Spacepop magic requires rigorous preparation of not just your equipment but intense training of your physical body to handle it. Zax is a swole spellcaster who knows more than others, and he enjoys letting them know it.

Kyo Nagamori

A child prodigy with a gambling addiction, our gang first works with Kyo remotely, assuming the tech expert is a seasoned veteran only to discover their tech expert isn’t old enough to legally drink on most planets.

Kyo has a longer rap sheet than others on the ship, including having lost his arm and legs to a mob debt. The criminal enforcers were shocked to learn their debtor was actually a teenager, but they punished him all the same. Left for dead in a trash pile, Kyo was nursed back from death by the discarded droid UERO. Kyo now works with the floating computer as his partner in crime.

Designed as an advanced nursery bot for a prominent family, Uero was eventually outgrown and discarded like a forgotten house pet. With rust setting in and its battery draining, Uero stumbled upon the comatose body of Kyo, bleeding out in a dumpster. The droid instinctively reverted to its nurturing programming and saved the young hacker’s life.
Grateful for this unexpected rescue, Kyo took it upon themselves to repair and upgrade Uero, giving it a complete overhaul that included adding offensive weapons not typically found in a nursery bot. While Uero’s default programming dictates subservience to its savior Kyo, the young tech whiz recognizes Uero’s potential for independence and insists on being treated as a partner rather than a master.

Rosalina Novas

In her early years Rosa performed as a psychokinetic acrobat for the interplanetary traveling Tales Circus. After tragedy separated her from her birth parents, Rosa was raised by the elite Sir Canon Dial, a leader of the All-Life Planetary Alliance.

Rosa wants to follow in her adopted father’s footsteps and live a life of discipline and logic. To her, the Spacepop crew are a bunch of wildcards that need to be kept in line. No fun allowed on the ship. Messing with her itinerary might as well be a death sentence.

Alina Hex

Age 18
Species: Jadarian
Skills: Feral Rage

Alina’s violent desires cause her to be disowned by her family. The young Jadarian saw no other choice than to steal her family’s ancestral Bleed Blade and join up with the first crew that would give her an opportunity to prove herself: The Spacepop.

In battle Alina shifts into a bloodlust frenzy, like a mutated cat-person dropped into a bathtub of blood. But outside of battle, Alina is childish; bringing sugar snacks and treating the ship’s engineering like her personal jungle gym.

Alina and Joshua are similar in that they both follow idealized versions of being an adult. Alina chases the fun and fame of being a feared Jardarian berserker, but soon she finds it’s not so easy to wash the blood off her claws. Oftentimes innocents get caught in the crossfire.
